General Conditions &Tours our conditions: 1. RESERVATIONS: If we will receive no confirmation within the indicated option, all reservations will be canceled. All confirmatios have to be written. 2. PAYMENTS: If not fixed otherwise: 30% of account at the confirmation, settlement 2 weeks prior of arrival. Payments have to be effected with bank transfer to our account. 3. CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations after confirmation will be applied the following penalties: -20% till 15 days prior arrival. -50% till 5 days prior arrival. .100% if cancellation will be effected less than 5 days prior arrival. 4.
